We know whole foods are good for the body. We know choosing nutrient-dense foods helps us feel our best. We know that proper nutrition is essential in achieving body composition goals.

Yes, calories are important, too. The amount of food we consume matters. But calories are not the be-all-end-all. Human metabolism cannot be simplified into a couple of equations. It doesn't matter if you're consuming the amount of calories you have been told are "right" for you to achieve a certain body composition if many of those foods are not supporting the overall health of the body.
In this episode, we talk about BALANCE. We talk about paying attention to calories while not giving your power away to numbers AND prioritizing nutrient-dense, nutritious foods (while having fun with your way of eating at the same time). Most of all? We talk about the radical difference this approach can bring about.
It's not just about the numbers.
